So lately I've been in the search of something fun and very economical. Those are really my only two requirements. Fun. 30MPG average.
So I bring you this now. First, I had shown the fake ST, which was met with great distain due to it's salvage title. Alas, now the title it cleaner than Lemon Pledge.
I've driven the supercharged Mini before, and it was a blast. The newer turbo model just seemed neater and it is full of neat gizmos that I like: plug in key, push button start, bluetooth, etc.
The NADA value is just below $14k, so I think $10k is a steal.

If you have any suggestions for cars I may not have thought of, feel free to chime in.

May I recommend 2002?
Or of course, Miata.

I'd dig it, but too expensive. I'd say $15k max. Has to be a good enough deal to flip.

NP. Then again, I'm wholly irrational when it comes to Club-mans.

2002 would be damn cool, but DDing an older car would be tricky.
And ever since I bought the S2000, I've looked down on Miatas. Just to be a dick.

I see a place for two kegs. Or many pounds of Colombian powder.

I didn't know you were flipping. I bet you could find an Abarth pretty cheap. They were throwing some pretty big incentives on them so the resale value should have dropped significantly.

Go over with a fine tooth comb. Make sure you take it to a Mini shop for an extensive PPI. Mini's haven't proven to be dead reliable in the long run, but that is a damn good deal. Drive it and get it checked out thoroughly and if all checks out good jump on it. My mom has a non S '10 clubman and my sister has an S '12 'vert. My mom has not that many miles on her car and very few complaints. But my sister is probably looking to get rid of her car in the next year or so. I can't remember the issues she's had so far with only having the car for a year, but the S' are a little less reliable. But damn are they fun to drive.

Lol my last Bimmer was super unreliable, and 2002s are SUPER rare in Kansas.
I'd really like a Fiesta ST, but very few are even used yet. They still a bit of time to depreciate for me.

Dude, they're SO hard to find in good condition nowadays.
AAAAAWWWWW YIIISSSSSSSS
There's some starting to appear on Carmax. Give it a year, they'll get below $15k easily.

Also, the song says "open up your mind, open up your purse, never never gonna lose it". Clearly the correct choice. No, wait, the song is "Bread*fan*". Sorry for any confusion.

Well I'll interrogate the hell out of the owner. Not much could happen in 79k though.
